LLC non-existent. Is contract valid?
I signed contract with LLC filed but not registered with the state at time of contract. LLC registered a few days later. Are contract terms with the LLC valid?

Re: LLC non-existent. Is contract valid?
The mere fact that the registration date came a few days later does not make a contract void. It may or may not be valid based upon other facts not stated.
