I and my partner have an LLC. The operating agreement in the corporate books were never signed. Do we have a legally binding partnership?

Re: LLC Partnership
In addition to Mr. Riddles' advice in his posting, it is certainly possible to have a binding verbal agreement between two partners or principals of a company in any form. Plus, you state in your posting that he/she is your partner.

Re: LLC Partnership
Have an attorney review all the documents as well as go over your and your partner's conduct. You may well have a legal arrangement.
Re: LLC Partnership
You mention an LLC, Partnership, and corporation -- three different forms of entities -- in two short sentences. Have a lawyer review the documents (including the important ones not mentioned) and facts and, if necessary, prepare the documents to remedy any defects.
