Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
I'm considering loaning an employee money for a down payment for a truck. I want to make sure I am paid back. Can I be second lienholder on the title even though it is owned by the finance company?

Loan only what you can afford to lose. A second lien would be virtually worthless.
