Lousiana Lien Laws
How long after a project is completed does an architect have to file a lien in the state of Louisiana & Georgia.

In Georgia, it is 90 days, but not necessarily from when the project is completed. When the clock begins to run can be complicated. Contact a local attorney to determine if you can file a lien. Filing a lien without a legal right may open liability for slander of title.
