Can I make my business Partner leave???????

I am co owner of a salon in ga and i have a buisness partner (no legal writtin contract, just verbal) that won't lift a finger to help me with anything. I am the one that took out the business loan, its in my name, I have the business license, city license, and own almost everything in shop. Yes she pays her end of bills , but late with late fees and makes us look bad all the time. Bounces cks... just on and on and on.. She gets drunk all the time , causes a scene and makes salon look bad. My renters are complaining about her. I want her to leave.. Just pack up and leave.. what can I do?
