Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
Does this make a difference-
I purchased a used car from Dan Auto Sales. The dealer licensing was suspended by the state of Georgia. He have gone out of business. He wants me to give him cash for the balance according to contract. Contract is with the business not him personally. Do I have to pay the balance on car?

As stated before, you owe the balance regardless of whether he stays in business or not. Who you owe it to depends on the wording of the contract and other things we don't have. The recipient may or may not be him.
