Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
I have a managing partner who is spending company funds on personal expenses and fund his own separately business is there any legal action i can take? are there any criminal avenues i should look into. i am a 20% share holder and i have contacted one of the other share holders who owns 30% and explained the situation. the company does roughly 1.2 mil a year and we have operated the business with no financial returns for the last 4 years.

You need to retain a lawyer immediately. Not only does this affect your investment, but it could be criminal (tax fraud, etc) and you could potentially not only lose money but have civil liability or even be prosecuted for not acting.
