Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia

money

I go to highschool and people are all ways asking to borrow money and it all way takes for ever to get paid back, I even stared having people sign a sheet of paper to make sure they pay me back and it still takes forever. I was wondering if I have a signature with a paid back deadline and the stil l end up not paying charge a certain interest until paid. And if they fail to pay could it take it to court and settle it there.

Filing fees for small claims is often $50 or more. How much money is involved in your loan business? What reputation would that get you in high school? Judges certainly would not want to see these cases. The best option is probably not lending money to other students.
