Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
move a non-profit to another state
I have a wyoming non-profit and want to move it to georgia - do i have to start over with the 501(c)3 process?! Or is there a way to avoid the two-state filings, paperwork and tax-related headaches?

The easiest way is to simply incorporate in Georgia under the same name and withdraw incorporation in Wyoming. This will not affect 501(c)(3) status.
