Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
We've moving from GA to CA and will be closing our Sub S Corp in GA and incorporating in CA under different name. No suits, claims, or anything else outstanding. We do home inspections; how long do I need to keep (if at all) copies of home inspection reports and Pre-Inspection Agreements?

It would be wise to retain all records for at least three years. You should dissolve the company, but you may still need the documents.
