Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia

Someone is using multiple designs I have came up with, how do I handle that. I do not have copyrights or trademarks, but they are making money off a design I have created. I also have my graphic artist (who helped design it) who is aware of these designs.

Assuming they qualify for copyright protection, you have copyright protection as soon as the designs are created. Further, if the designs are used to identify a product or service in the marketplace, you may also have trademark or service mark rights. So, assuming you do, have an attorney write a cease and desist letter to the other user.
