Non notice
What are the requirements for giving notice regarding legal proceeding being initiated? What is the term for doing so or not doing so

Re: Non notice
I'm not sure what notice you are referring to specifically, but if you are talking about notice to the person or company being sued, the sheriff/marshal has to serve a copy of the summons and complaint on either individual or the registered agent for the company. Of course, you can always give someone unofficial notice of a lawsuit, but the deadline to answer does not begin until they are officially served.
If you are talking about another form of notice, repost your question with more details.
