Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
Non Paying Customers
We installed telephone and computer equipment for a customer that we have had for over 10 years. They suddenly refused to pay for anything after everything was done. It was a large amount of money for us. We have hired a lawyer, but he says the only thing that we can do is file suit, which will be costly. How can we make them give the equipment back or make them pay?

Re: Non Paying Customers
It seems to me that your lawyer is on track to do exactly what you want, i.e., "make them give the equipment back or make them pay". If you have a question about the way your lawyer is handling this, I would suggest that you ask him about your concerns.
