Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
Hi,
I have noticed a certain type of business is nowhere within the city that I live in. I am interested in opening this certain business. Would I ask an attorney to figure out why this is, and if not who would I speak to about it?

There may be a legal reason that type of business is not in your city due to legislation restricting certain types - alcohol, nudity, etc. Otherwise, it may be just a business reason it is not there or just a coincidence. If you are thinking of starting such a business, you should retain a good business attorney either way.
