Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia

I obtained a county business license in my name for the owner of a school (my mother) but I am only the secretary at the business. The business is incorporated in the State of GA and my mother is listed as the owner/operator. I am not listed as a partner or anything except the "preparer" of the incorporation papers as I do these type of secretarial duties. If the business is sued, do I have any liability since I am holding the COUNTY business license in my name?? Thank you.

It depends. You should have the corporate records and the business license reviewed by a local attorney.
