Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia

If I was offered $29.50 an hour and agreed to it, then the company a month later reduces my pay to $25.79 an hour without me agreeing to it. Is that legal? I still have the original signed offer letter for $29.50

Unless you have a contract for a certain wage for a certain period of time, you are only entitled to minimum wage (though the employer needs to give you notice of changes). A mere offer letter does not mean a permanent job at a set wage.

Unless the letter committed to that wage for a specific period of time, they can change the amount at any time.
