Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
Offered asking price then price went up
I offered to buy a piece of real estate for the sellers asking price which included a billboard. Now that I have made an offer to the seller, he wishes to not include the billboard and the easement for the billboard, and he wished to charge me more money to purchase that part too. Is there anything I can do since I had already agreed to his asking price which already included the billboard?

Unless you got his agreement in writing, he can rescind it. In GA, in order for contracts involving real estate to be enforceable, they must be in writing.

An agreement to purchase real property must be in writing. Absent a final, written contract, neither party is bound.
