Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
Online Order
I ordered some car part from Chrysler Parts Direct for my Chrysler 300. I order 40 of these parts at a price of .36 cents each from a catalog. The items were ordered and paid for. There was a typo in the catalog and the price was $ 38.88 each. They refuse to honor the price that I paid for. They said that they did not produce the catalog, but rather a third party and were not responsible for any errors. They said it was obviously a typo. Please help!!!!

Re: Online Order
Most online websites have policies and terms that state that prices may change, or that they may correct errors. I suggest you go to the website and review the terms and policies. Further, based on your post, it does seem like an obvious error that you would have known. Much like purchasing in an actual store, they can normally refuse to sell for the incorrect price.
