I owe a finance company around 9,000 dollars, my child support stopped coming for about 3 months , what is my options is there anything that may say i cannot pay 50 dollars a week to get it caught up

See a lawyer. It would be foolish to send $50 a week to a finance company on a $9000 debt as the debt would never get paid down even if they agreed. You likely have other options, such as bankruptcy (and perhaps other choices).
