what should i do if someone owe me money thats not enough to hire a lawer but i have to take them to court

You have the following options:

1.) Pay the lawyer out of your own pocket. Lawyers don't work for free.

2.) If you cannot afford a lawyer, try and find free legal resources and help. For instance, you may try contacting the Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta or your local Bar organization.

3.) You can bring your own lawsuit without an attorney, although I would not recommend it.

Small claims cases can be filed without a lawyer in Magistrates Court.

While you're always better off with a lawyer, in small cases, that may be your best avenue.
