Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia

I owned a photography studio for 4 years and closed it down a year ago. After closing, I am still fulfilling all my contracts for wedding photography. I have a client that would not pick out her pictures for the longest time and is now being extremely rude and ugly, talking badly and telling lies to several people. I sent an email to the client as I have no current address advising her that I would not tolerate being treated so ugly and to send me a current address because I was mailing a refund check to her. I've fulfilled all contracts to this date and am ready to be through with this venture. In the contract it states that wedding package must be paid in full 14 days prior to wedding, which the client would not decide on a package before the wedding so I did pictures anyways. She paid the retainer fee to hold her date and paid an additional $1000 the day of the wedding because I told her I would not do pictures without more payment but didn't want to leave her without a photographer. Is it okay for me to refuse further service to her? (Since the contract is essentially void). The client has "lost" the proof c.d.s so they have not been returned to me and has infringed on a signed copyright agreement in the wedding contract by posing pictures on her "facebook" and having copies made without my permission. She has now sent a letter saying that she is suing me because I will not give her her pictures.

Advice is greatly appreciated.

Work it out. You presumably want paid, and she wants her pictures. Get past all the other issues and resolve it. No one here has the contracts and all facts to tell you what you can or cannot do, and it should not be necessary at this point.
