Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
Owner and tenant went into litigation over a matter in which the tenant lost the case. Judge's rule was that each party was responsible for their own lawyer's fee. ( Judge said no attorney's fee are awarded to either side) However, per stated in the lease, the loser must pay the winner's attorney's fee. Does what the lease state trump over the motion of summery judgement.
