Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
partial payment
A company in OH has paid $826 to me on
an invoice of $1150. If I cash this
check can they consider this particular invoice paid in full?
Or should I wait for full payment?

They might consider it as paid in full, but generally this requires an agreement to take less. If you are concerned about payment, some money is better than no money.
