Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
What are partners responsible for?
Last november I formed an LLC with 4 other partners We are supposed to open a convience store under this LLC. They already owned property and agreed in writting to finance whole project. Now they are wanting to just sell property off to another. Do I have a case to sue for the total amount of the deal? What are my options?

This is too complicated to answer in this type of format. You should consult with a local attorney who can review all of the documents.
