Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
Partnership agreement
I am starting a business witha friend, and we have had a LLP agreement drawn up by an attorney. We have both signed the agreement and had it notarized. We each have a copy of the agreement. Does this have to be filed with the county courthouse? Or is it a binding document as it stands?
