Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
past debt
Can I or a group of business people stand or march in front of a retail business with signs that say this company does not pay its bills? Is this a form of organized picket? The facility is in an office building and their door is right near the frpont door of the building, We could stand/walk in the parking lot in front and not in the building. How can we accomplish this. We suspect that would get them to pay their bill. We have no signed contract but many emails showing ongoing production and approvals etc.

Re: past debt
If you have evidence of a valid debt, you should file suit against the company to recover the debt. If you want to speak with my associate, he can give you advice on filing suit. His name is Kendall Carter and he can be reached at 404.962.4475.
Best of luck.
