Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
a person signed a partnership agreement for one year for a restaurant and once the year was over the partnership finished. But three years later that person finds out that they forged her signature to include her in a rental agreement and in a loan. We were wondering what kind of lawyer you would need to hire for this kinds of situation.
