What ''kind'' of attorney (e.g. specialty) do I look for to help me fight a PG which may be called due to failing business?

Re: Personal Guarantee

At the outset, you should look for an attorney who is well-versed with business law, is experienced with the issues related to struggling businesses, and has handled commercial litigation. He or she can advise you as to whether you have defenses and strategies to employ. Depending on the circumstances, it may be the case that you will need a bankruptcy attorney before it is all over. Please feel free to contact me to discuss this further, some of the lawyers in my firm would be ideal for this kind of problem or I can help you figure out your next step.
