Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
Personal Liability for Corporation
My boss has offered to make me an officer of the corporation so that I can sign paperwork, etc. He would also reward me financially as a officer of the corporation. What kind of personal liability would I be taking on? (especially financially?)

Re: Personal Liability for Corporation
It depends on the structure of the business. My guess would be that you would not incur personal liability, but I would need more information to fully answer your question.
