Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
I am the plaintiff and filled suit against an individual for services performed. Defendants wife was personally served. She is not on suit. If defendant does not answer within 30 day allowed time can i get a judgement against defendant even if he was not personally served.

Maybe and maybe not. You haven't given us enough facts to be sure. While such service may be okay under some facts, it may not under others, so I'd re-serve the papers to be safe.

It depends. Was she served at his domicile? Was it served by the marshall/sheriff?
