Prenuptial agreement
Should the advice of independent counsel be a requirement for a valid prenuptial agreement? Why or Why not?

Ideally, there should be 3 attorneys involved. One for H, one for W and one to act as a neutral. All should work together to ensure that both parties' wishes are accurately spelled out, and as much as possible, to anticipate events that may occur in the future, whether or not they are an issue at the present.
