Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
i went to prison for a crime not relate to my business. while i was away the person i left in charge with limited power of attonery allowed my s corporation to dislove and formed a new business with a similar name in my location using my inventory and the funds from my business bank account. she said the law says i abandoned all that was mine so she took the store over as her own. i left her in charge to run the business yet to me its like she stole the business from me. what can i do?

Talk to the lawyer who drew up the power of attorney. Usually when you give one you are stuck with the consequences.
