not for profit organization vs for profit
Starting a new business in family entertainment. If I go the not for profit route, what are incentives and do I still have ownership in my starting company?

Re: not for profit organization vs for profit
There is no ownership in a non-profit company, only managerial/operational control. Since there is no profit to distribute, there are no owners. If you are starting a business to make money, non-profit status is not really an option.
