profit sharing
The company that I worked for, 4 years ago, still owe me money from the profit sharing program. They have since closed as a business. Can I still obtain my money?

It depends. I would need more facts in order to give you an answer. If you would like to discuss, please feel free to give me a call.

Re: profit sharing
No one here knows the terms of your profit sharing plan or othe agreements, but the bigger question is where would the money come from? Pursuing a claim against a business that is closed is not often going to turn out well (but again, we do not know the facts).
