Protection under the law

What do i do to stop owner from harassment ,threating eviction letters because he wants to break a lifetime lease and rent building for more money and help his adjoining business.He has lawers and is willing to spend thousands to get me out. He is constantly trying to tend to my business.He insist i even pay him for insurance. I sold a business ,he agreed to build small building on a seperate lot and lease it to me for life at small amount .Now that he owns property he wants me out. I have no employees and the building as office mainly.The business i sold him went to crap .He lost his traffic flow because customers left when i sold and will not do business thers now.

As long as you abide by the terms of the lease, your landlord cannot successfully evict you. Document all problems and make sure to answer any dispossessory actions promptly.
