Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
pseudonyms
If you publish (through a self-publishing company) a book (self-help) under a pseudonym (actually, correct first name with maiden last name), how can you legitimately obtain identification in the pseudonym so you can travel (purchase and use airline tickets, book hotel rooms, etc.) to promote the book? (I do not want to do a legal name change. I am married and want to continue using my married name in my daily life.)

Re: pseudonyms
Given that national security, security in air travel, and ID requirements have obviously been the top news story for several years, you probably need to change your plans.
Re: pseudonyms
You could probably pay lawyers a bunch of money to research this. However, I would suggest a quicker and less expensive way: contact other writers and see how they have done it. You may have to start with local book clubs and work your way up.
