Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
A publication has – in addition to its usual work – published a seasonal product for more than 10 years. Employees have been paid extra for their work on the seasonal product. May the employer choose not to give additional pay to employees for their work on this product without letting them know in advance?

Your post is short on details but it looks like the employer paid a bonus. There is generally no entitlement to a bonus unless the employer chooses to provide one, or it is part of a contract.
