Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia

I purchase I car from a dealership and had no problems with them for an entire year. I recently had a tire blow and cause my wiring harness to shredded to pieces. I was a week and a half late on my payments because of this and explained to my dealership the circumstance and he didn't offer to even help with. There rates are outrages but that' not my issue here. The guy got in my face when I questioned him about my things and told me I was a piece of *** started bring up my old past which I didn't know he had no clue about told me I would always be a piece of shit and got 2 inches away from my face screaming. I attempted to get away from him and he didn't let me he tried told me he knew everybody in the city that how he knows everything. When I finally got the chance to escape he was calling me racial slurs.. I've never been talked to like that in my life.. he said he was throwing all the rest of my things away and to get off of his property. I've only been in trouble once in my life and I've past that. it was 3 years ago and I couldn't believe he judged or even knew anything about it. Can someone please tell me If Im wrong or if I can do anything about this? please someone offer me advice.

There is no general right to not be offended, or laws against being rude, as for the most part it falls under freedom of speech (at least for now). It appears you were dealing with a less-than-reputable used car lot with extremely high interest rates, so I would not expect employees to be the most reputable. If threats were made, or he acted like he was going to physically attack you, you might have a legal issue. If it is just an argument and your word against his, you won't likely get very far. Do you want to move on from this bad experience or do you want to spend much more time with lawyers trying to pursue a claim that will usually have a slim chance of any positive outcome? If you are really asking whether something can be done to him with little or no more effort on your part, the answer is no. You can always complain on internet review sites.
