Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
Raising sales quotas mid way through the year
We are almost half way through our 2007 calendar year and we have already signed and agreed to the compensation plans including quotas. We happen to be having a very good year and the company is considering raising our quota saying they made an error. Is this legal?

You mention you signed documents covering the issue, but you don't tell us what they provide. Read them, and review what they say about compensation and whether their is a specific term in which they can't change it.
