Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
I received a FINAL DEMAND LETTER from a company and found the following statement:
"As we processed your cancellation, we generated this summary of final charges as of the date of this letter."
Can I assume that the company has already accepted my cancellation notice based on the above statement?

Do NOT assume anything.
Invest the small sum it will take to have a lawyer look at everything, and, if appropriate, to tell them to get lost.
As a Franchise Attorney I agree with the other attorney answer. It's not possible to say anything without looking at all relevant documents and correspondence. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
