Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
What recourse does one have when a storage facility denies your claims of water damages to furniture (couch and table)? The storage unit leaked water and soaked the couch and table. The couch has mold and mildew damages and the table is warped. The company states they will have the couch cleaned and pay $150.00 for all damages. Total value of the couch and table is at least $500.00.

Have an attorney send a demand letter and then sue if they don�t respond positively. Magistrate (small claims) court probably makes the most sense.
