Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia

I am recruited to do consultation to a company that is not in the USA. I will be doing my consulting job while I am in the US, I live in the US. The contracts states that the governing laws are per the foreign company's laws. IS this OK or shall I change that to include the US as well?

Thanks.

No one here has read the contract, so no one here can advise you on signing it. There are likely other clauses that matter even more than the one you asked about. One should never sign a contract without seeing a lawyer.
