Refund without a cancellation policy
A customer bought a servce from my compnay. they were given all the forms that included the date etc. They realized over the weekend that they thought the service was being offered on another date. Am I entitled to a refund?

If there was an agreed-upon transaction, including price and date, and the customer simply misconstrued the date, then your company should be entitled to the payment. I am not sure why you would be entitled to a refund since the customer paid.
