Releasing partner from LLC Form
I have a LLC with partner split 50/50. He no longer contributes or has anything to do with LLC. What form is needed to release him from LLC?

Re: Releasing partner from LLC Form
There is no "form to release him." From your post, he is an equal owner. Many owners of LLC's do not "contribute" or participate in the business, other than as an owner. Unless you have a buy/sell agreement, or some other agreement that gives you the authority to buy him out or "release him" you may be stuck. That is why it is wise to properly handle all of these matters in the beginning.
Re: Releasing partner from LLC Form
There is no form. Provision for this type of situation should have been included in your initial LLC documents. Consult with a local attorney.
