Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
Hi, I rent a business property to We Buy Gold. Now they decide to add pawn shop business to existing business which involve sell firearm. Do I have any risk as a landlord if I give them permission to do so?

There could be possible zoning and local ordinance issues. Otherwise, there is a risk if you are aware or should be aware of any wrongfull behavior, as with any tenant.
