Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia

I had a rental location for my bar and we have moved to a larger location and at the older, smaller location, the landlord has locked up a bunch of my stuff, changed the locks and has rented the space to another person, that person is someone I know and he is allowing me to get some of my belongings. I think the landlord has no right to keep my things from me. We disagree on the amount of rent he says I owe. Please advise

You are asking or a conclusion with only a small part of the relevant facts. No one knows anything about your lease, the details around your move, etc. All facts you left out. If you want a firm answer, you are going to have to see a lawyer to review all the details, or perhaps a better solution, work it out with the landlord. These are issues that should be resolved before ever moving out.
