are you required to pay auto expenses for delivery driver.
is it legal if you just give a driver who delivers for you gas money if he is given extra pay per hour for useing his car. what is mandatory or is anything for a part-time driver.

You pay pursuant to the agreement you make with the person. We would be in big trouble if our legislators used their time enacting laws covering whether or not one can pay a delivery driver for gas.

There is probably nothing that is mandatory in this regard unless you are running a franchise or are in some way subject to federal labor laws. You should consult with a local attorney to review your situation. Ordinarily, whatever agreement you and the driver entered into will control.
