Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia

First right of resale

We make crafts using collegiate fabric bought from retail fabric stores. The fabric has printed on the edge that this fabric can't be resold. The crafts that are made out of the material are clothing items, handbags, beds, etc. I have heard that there is a law that allows crafters to sell there handmade items under the title subject. The handmade items are only sold at craft shows and not to retail outlets. Would you know if this is legal or not?

Re: First right of resale

If you mean you are selling crafts containing trademarks or copyrighted material, then no. You would potentially be infringing on those intellectual property rights.
