Re: researching companies legal history

It is extremely doubtful that the company would include such history on its website and there is no such government/legal website. However, you could find this information out through a discovery request once a lawsuit has been filed. Or you could possibly find cases where the company was a party, but you would probably need an attorney to do that research for you.
