Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia

I am a retail/dealer in Georgia of these metal buildings you see displayed on a lot here and there. I have since kicked my supplier/manufacture to the curb ( no longer care to do business with them after 5 1/2 years). I have 4 of there displays on my lot which belongs to them and I have ask them to remove them from my lot. It has been a month and a half now. I want to know what legal action I can take and or if i can charge them storage fees or if I can take owneship of these buildings after a certain amount of time. The property I'm on I rent. Need Them Gone.

First, look to the terms of any agreement that you have that might address this issue. If that does not work, and you have not done so, send them a letter (succinct and business-like, without terms like "kicked them to the curb), and ask them to remove them within 30 days or you will dispose of them.

What does your written contract with them say? We haven't read it and you have, so you already have the answer in your possession. You and they must comply with that contract.
